Timeframe:
You can return any book within 30 days of placing the order. When the book is received, the refund will be submitted.
Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the book back and for packaging it securely.
Conditions:
Books may be returned for any reason, but must arrive in the condition they were originally sent.
Procedure:
1. First, notify books@gulatibooks.com and include the book title, your name, and order number. In some situations, a partial refund will suffice instead of a full return.
2. You receive an e-mail back confirming your request.
3. Once confirmed, include your name, book title, e-mail address, and order number on a piece of paper in the package you use to send the book. The shipping address is listed on the contact page.
